Anywho, Emma and I enjoyed this on Wednesday:
Ethan and Daddy saw Horton Hears a Who at the same time. Unfortunately Ethan was discouraged by the fact that there were no Horton souvenirs, although I'm told he ate his weight in popcorn. Here's Emma pre-show.
Here are the dancing ponies and their friend Spike the Dragon. Or dinosaur. I was never sure. The dancing ponies disturbed me a bit, but Emma didn't seem to notice that their back legs didn't move.
Emma's favorite pony Minty...her other favorite Pinky Pie was also a star of the show.
Emma toward the end. She was pondering the quickest route to the stage. Approximately 5 minutes into the show, she informed me, "Mommy, I'm ready to go onto the stage now." I guess she thought they needed some little girl performers. She's going to be a star someday.
All of you out there can say you knew her when...when she informed me her $3 lemonade had boogies in it and she refused to drink it! (evidently boogies taste precariously like fresh squeezed lemonade pulp. Who knew?)

OMG that boogie comment is so freakin' funny! I'm glad that both had a good time with on their own!
What a fun outing for you ladies!
Jenny
Those ponies look a bit creepy! Looks like you had a good time barring the boogers in the juice!
