YESTERDAY'S BLOG

Ok, so I offended some people yesterday, and for that I am sorry. Those who personally know me clearly knew what I meant in my blog since I know darn well they ALL would have called me out if not. I apologize for the disrespect that some felt.

For those inclined to make threats toward me anonymously, know that I now have a tracker on this site. I really don’t want to have to close the site to the public as I know that many non blogger members look at this page. (Ok, probably not MANY but you know what I mean.)

So, onto regular blogs about the kids and a few random thoughts here and there.

EDITED TO ADD: THANKS for the support from those of you who have emailed and posted! It's not the numerous anonymous emails in and of themselves that bother me (most of which never posted because I had my comments "moderated" status yesterday), it's the freako who thought it was proper to threaten me that was bothersome. Thanks again everyone!

Just so you know I now currently hate you.....hehe just kidding...I love you and am sorry that you got crap for expressing yourself. All great art has critics ;)

I agree with Heather--I'm sorry that you had people poo-poo you for stating your feelings. I honestly did not think the blog was offensive in any way. Being a fellow attorney, I'm sure you see as many people

Sorry--accidentally published above before I was done! I'm sure that you see as many people as I do who are simply too easily offended. Also, if someone had an issue, at least identify yourself so we all know who you are!

I for one do not think you should modify your blog in any way to appeal to everyone. The whole point is to say what's on your mind and that is one of the reasons why I like to read your blog!!

Ditto jonathan's mommy on changing the blog. You have the power to delete a comment that you don't like so go that route instead! I've done it before when people tick me off :)

Here's the funny thing about it (if there's anything funny about it)... the people who left those comments would never have had the balls to say anything to you if they did know you. People free to say a lot of things when hiding behind the annonymity of the internet, and that's fine. They're entitled to say whatever they want, but so are you! It's your blog, and you can say whatever you want. Isn't that the whole point of this blogging thing?

Thanks for the support!! It's not just the anonimity that bothers me, it's the one message I got that was never published because I was moderating yesterday's messages (there were actually like 4 anonymous ones). The one message was basically threats against me. My fear isn't that some freako is going to come get me really, but my kids pics are on here. That's what is bothersome.

I hope that your negative experience doesn't ruin your blogging. I like to see what you are "wondering" and the trials and tribulations of twins! I pay close attention to your blog and Kim's blog because Michael and I are thinking about starting a family...some of your stories make me want to have as many kids as possible!! Some make me nervous (like the new recipe for carpet cleaning) but all of them keep me entertained. Keep it up!! p.s. Emma looks EXACTLY like you!

OMG--I had no idea that someone actually made threats against you!! That is completely unacceptable! Hopefully whomever he or she was will simply fade back into anonimity and leave the rest of us to just getting out our thoughts and feelings on our blogs!!

That last comment was from me! Darn my hubby and his automatic Goggle sign in thingy!!

I can't believe people would actually write threats on your blog!! Now I'm thinkin I should moderate mine. Sorry to hear about some stupid a** leaving awful comments on your blog. I love your honesty - keep it up! :-)
